We are searching for a temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant in the Spokane Valley, WA area. The Recruiter role directly contributes to the success of the Human Resources team. Compensation for the Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant

• This is a full-time temp position – the duration is approximately 2-3 months
• The scheudle is M – F
• Pay rate is $20 – $25

Responsibilities for the Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant

• Maintain job postings on internal and external websites
• I-9 employment verification and criminal background check screenings of candidates
• Organize internal hiring events
• Conduct initial screening of candidates
• Scheduling of all interviews
• Reference checks of candidates
• Handle all candidate follow-ups
• Assist with writing job descriptions
• Maintain and communicate proper hiring / recruitment policies as needed
• Other general recruiting activities as needed

Requirements for the Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred
• Human Resources Professional certification(s) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and email software
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
