Board Level Executive Leader/Industry Guru (Healthcare) to act in an OP/Advisor capacity

Searching for current or prior healthcare industry/hospital leadership and/or Board members who desire a role as an Operating Partner / Executive Advisor. Someone who has top healthcare industry contacts, who can make introductions and open doors.

We enable hospital systems to generate both immediate and long-term new revenue streams by converting operating expenses into assets while generating returns for our impact investors.

Our mission is to help hospital systems generate new financial returns and savings by capturing hidden opportunities from the enterprise valuations of private equity and Wall Street backed vendors.

What we are searching for:

–Candidates who have very strong connections across the executive levels of hospitals or healthcare systems who can open doors with C-level and Board level leaders

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals and healthcare systems (particularly non-profit systems), understanding their unique needs, challenges, and objectives.
2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate to develop strategic engagement plans that align with the organizational goals.
3. Collaboration: Partner with the executive leadership team to identify opportunities.
4. Consulting/Business Development: Identify opportunities within your existing rolodex to warmly introduce HumanityCorp and its offerings. This is not a sales role but does contribute to new business development efforts by leveraging industry knowledge and cultivating new leads.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry, with a focus on healthcare consulting, healthcare system executive management, or Board of Directors involvement.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals in a healthcare setting.
3. Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at the Executive/C-suite level.
5. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and actionable plans that drive measurable results and create long-term value.

Searching for an entrepreneurial mindset who can lend on their years of successful experience within the healthcare sector. This is an executive consultant arrangement with a structured success-fee compensation model.
