What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for data analysis and ing projects.
• Manage communication with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of ing requirements, project progress, and potential challenges.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI, Amplitude and Sugar Discover s and dashboards, that effectively visualize data trends, patterns, and insights within large and intricate datasets.
• Work with data from backend business systems including SugarCRM, Mavenlink (Kantata), Chargify, Xero, and Zendesk.
• Analyse complex data structures to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies.
• Generate comprehensive supporting documentation for all s, including data definitions, methodologies, and visualisations, to enhance data transparency and reproducibility.
• Potentially create and optimise Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) scripts on AWS Lambda and make low code IPaaS to ensure efficient data processing and integration.

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in Power BI for creation, data visualization, and dashboard development.
• Strong experience in data analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and exploration with a solid understanding of DAX and SQL queries and data modelling concepts and techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and work with various data to achieve desired outcomes.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing (Redshift or similar) concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation and ing documentation.
• Some experience with ETL processes, low code integration tools such as Zapier and Make and ELT scripting using AWS Lambda would be desirable but not essential
