Humanforce Hiring for Tech Lead (Integrations Team) at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Being a key contributing member of our Integrations team as a Tech Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining our Integrations mission. You’ll guide, support and advise best practices across the team to build seamless integrations across our multiple product suites and third-party integrations.

This role has a direct business and customer impact, ensuring every customer can seamlessly interact with our entire product suite. You’ll focus on maintaining code quality across the team, and unblock challenges.

You will work with internal stakeholders for integration changes and releases. This includes the product, security and DevOps teams. As well as liaising with other engineering teams.

What you’ll do

• Full Stack Development: Write high-quality quality maintainable and readable code across our services. Contributing to the team’s incremental feature delivery in an Agile environment
• System Design: Build designs and architectural approaches on how to integrate with our complex product suites
• Pair and teach: Program side by side with team members on tough problems, and clarify understanding with insightful code reviews
• Tackle Tech Debt: Dedicate time to uplift legacy areas of the codebase, keep on top of configuration and stop dependencies from going stale
• Performance Tuning: Monitoring and responding to solve scaling, security, and performance issues as the system evolves to meet its changing needs
• Code Quality Enhancement: Elevate our codebase’s quality by crafting Unit, Module, and Functional automated tests
• Scrum Involvement: Attend scrum ceremonies and help to guide the team around the right approach to defining our roadmap
• Promote Best Practice: Provide recommendations for process improvement and technical innovation
• Documentation and Workshops: Guide junior developers on best practices when creating documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to understand requirements deeply and execute a strategy that aligns with the product roadmap

What you’ll need

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Relevant Technical Skills – C#, SQL Server, .net framework, .net core, Typescript/nodejs, Angular.
• Cloud development experience, preferably with AWS
• Previous similar experience, technically leading the team by code reviews and guiding/mentoring the junior developers.
• Managing production issues and troubleshooting in a distributed computing environment.
• Experience in managing complex releases to multiple environments in the cloud
