Humanforce Hiring for Team Assistant and Office Manager at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Are you a personable and organised individual with a talent for juggling tasks and creating a welcoming atmosphere? Join us as in our newly created role as Team Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Office Manager. Your role will be pivotal in providing vital support to our leaders and maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

(Part-Time / 4 days a week – 3 days in the office)

What You’ll Do

• Team assistant responsibilities
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and maintain schedules for the ELT
• Assist and schedule travel arrangements
• Document preparation
• Office manager responsibilities
• Distribute office communication
• Manage office related tasks, supplies and upkeep
• Collection and distribution of mail
• Initiate and arrange office culture activities that bring the team together
• Support new employees during the onboarding process

What You’ll Need

• Your organisational skills are your forte, and you can prioritise to keep things on track effortlessly.
• Your communication skills and flexible nature make working with multiple personalities a breeze.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work autonomously, however comfortable reaching out for support when needed
• Your positive attitude and approachable personality are your standout traits
• Previous experience in administrative support or a related role is an advantage
• Your ability to adapt and learn, along with your enthusiasm, are equally important.
