The Team
Humanforce is growing and is on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Director that is critical for our continued growth in Australia & New Zealand. This is a senior lead position with ownership of the business and sales strategy for a growing team that will into our Chief Sales Officer Andrew Williams.
Who you are
The overall success of this role will be to build upon the ability to develop, engage, and motivate a high performing sales team. To support this, you will be expected to have strong leadership capability and implement and maintain rigorous sales management growth and processes.
This position requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active role to create cross functional collaboration and synergies with internal and external stakeholders.
