What You’ll Do

• Drive inbound sales initiatives in the ANZ region, including lead identification, outreach, initial discovery, and opportunity identification.
• Build strong relationships with the Marketing and Sales team to understand the Humanforce platform, ideal customer profile, and qualification process.
• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of how Humanforce solves workforce management challenges for clients.
• Utilise prospecting and CRM tools effectively, ensuring accurate administration and record-keeping.
• Maximise lead-to-opportunity conversion rates in line with Humanforce targets and best practices.
• Support the nurture campaign manager in converting existing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to understand and plan campaigns, taking ownership of SLAs and bookings targets resulting from those campaigns.
• Strive for continuous learning and development in marketing lead to sales qualified lead conversion to exceed targets and contribute to Sales & Marketing success.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills: you demonstrate a “gift of the gab” with a high emotional intelligence (EQ).
• You’re personable, confident, and unafraid to pick up the phone or be persistent in lead follow-up and conversion.
• Strong written and verbal communication: Excel in phone and email-based work, effectively conveying information, building rapport, and engaging potential clients.
• Attention to detail: Maintain accuracy in record-keeping, mastering tools such as HubSpot and Sugar CRM to ensure meticulous data management and organisation.
