What You’ll Do

Financial Cycle Mastery:

• Lead the monthly financial cycle, including month-end close activities
• Proficiently manage Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for precise management ing
• Collaborate closely with the CFO for thorough P&L management ing

Forecasting and Advanced Modelling:

• Exhibit expertise in forecasting and modelling techniques
• Forecast revenue, human capital (HC), and non-HC expenditures using business drivers

Headcount Excellence:

• Seamlessly integrate headcount tracking into our forecasting process
• Contribute to effective headcount management strategies aligned with financial goals

Post Month-End Proficiency:

• Craft functional s and analyses post month-end close
• Manage expenses with an eye for optimisation and efficiency improvements

Agile Financial Analysis and Budgeting Collaboration:

• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to provide actionable insights
• Actively participate in the Humanforce’s budgeting process, collaborating cross-functionally to shape the financial strategy

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in advanced forecasting and financial modelling, including full P&L management
• Demonstrated ability to transform financial data from Excel into compelling tables and charts in PowerPoint
• Experience in conducting variance analysis against budget, forecasts, and prior periods
• Prior experience in financial consolidation, particularly within businesses with multiple product lines or diverse business units that require consolidation expertise
