Key Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in Talent Acquisition or an HR Operations/Technology function bringing expertise in talent acquisition infrastructure and strong knowledge of TA compliance and regulatory environment. This individual will be able to lead diverse, large-scale initiatives working with senior leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and improve existing programs. In addition, this candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree (required) and will be a strong leader of people with proven success in expanding and elevating the capabilities and performance of the team.
