- Post jobs on various recruitment websites as required
- Issue employment offers, confirmation letters, termination letters and correction notices
- Schedule orientation with all new employees and ensure that all hiring documents are completed
- Check references for new employee prospects
- Maintain personnel files in accordance with applicable legal requirements
- Corporate training; support operations with driver training, train office staff as required
- CNESST accident/sick leave claim processing and follow-up
- Perform CNESST monthly inspections and ensure that all divisions are compliant
- Send annual vacation request forms and manage vacation scheduling for all divisions
- Send annual employee personnel file revision forms
- Answer employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintenance of HR documentation (French & English)
- Manage Birthday cards distribution for all divisions
- Support HR Director with the recruitment of staff
- Support HR Director to maintain all policies and procedures and distribution of memos
- Support HR Director in the optimization of HR forms and the implementation of new forms
