Hugo Boss Hiring for GENERAL WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – 2nd Shift at Midway, Georgia Full Time

What you can expect:

• Hours are 3:45 pm – 11:35 pm, Sunday – Thursday
• Unload trailers, sort and repack inbound freight
• Pick and pack customer orders; flat pack goods and garment on hanger
• Move shipping cartons to and from conveyor system
• Apply price tickets and perform other customer requested value added services
• Sort and palletize outbound cartons in shipping; load outbound trailers
• Perform physical inventory counts and or cycle counts
• Operate pallet jacks as required
• Complete assignments with the use of RF equipment
• Reports damages and vendor compliance issues
• Resolves problems or discrepancies with help from immediate supervisor
• Meets department demands without sacrificing quality
• Maintains an acceptable level of attendance based on attendance policy
• Ensures safety techniques are used in all aspects of daily work responsibilities
• Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently enough to communicate with co-workers, to understand and provide directions, to respond to management inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
• Maintains condition of Distribution Center and/or warehouse work area (I.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)

Your profile:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum 3 months previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience
• Basic experience with a computer (Basic skills/knowledge – capable of functioning independently)
• Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures/Standard Work (Basic math skills/knowledge – capable of functioning independently)
• Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for eight to ten hours a day.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen  

Your benefits:

• Starting Rate for Warehouse Associates is $16.50/hr
• 2nd Shift Differential is $1.00
