Digital Marketing Specialist Job Summary : To function as team member to assist the Digital Marketing Manager with deployment, performance, ing, and monitoring of the credit union’s digital marketing experience.

This includes website, online advertising, SEO, email marketing and personalization, as well as emerging channels. Support promotion of products and services to drive membership growth and engagement.

Assist in monitoring performance of digital ad campaigns and marketing initiatives including A / B testing. Assist in conducting market research and remaining informed on emerging trends and technologies.

Collaborate with the I.T. department, Digital Product team, and other internal stakeholders to advance the overall marketing strategies for the credit union.

• Assist Digital Marketing Manager with strategy, creation, deployment, performance, and monitoring of credit union’s digital marketing efforts.
• Utilize website, online, and SEO email marketing automation and personalization.
• Support promotion products and services to drive traffic and acquisition of new members.
• Assist in monitoring performance of digital ad campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and implement applicable A / B testing for digital campaigns.
• Monitor emerging trends and technologies that may enhance the digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the I.T. department, Digital Product team, and other internal stakeholders.
• Assist branches and departments through all available communication channels. Preferred Skills : Up to six months of similar or related experience with managing campaigns through at least one leading email marketing service provider (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Experience with A / B testing on digital platforms A bachelor’s degree in a related field including Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent work or education experience.
