The VP of Marketing will be a hands-on, integrated marketing leader with a proven track record of scaling multi-location, multi-specialty dental businesses. You will be joining a small leadership team in North Florida that is well-capitalized for growth.

This company is a Florida-based Dental Support Organization (DSO) with 11 multi-specialty offices across the state. Depending on the office, we provide general dentistry, periodontic, endodontic, orthodontic, and prosthodontic care for our patients.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the CEO, doctors, and other leadership members;, developing online & offline plans for multiple markets and dental specialties
• Review and measure marketing campaigns and their performance to determine if they met goals. Responsible for ing and presenting these results to the leadership team.
• Possess extensive knowledge and experience with various marketing strategies and digital tools used to implement effective direct-to-patient campaigns.
• Build strategies to publish display, social media, SEO, and web advertisements to attract more consumers. Launch targeted and personalized marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, ads, web, and social.
• Lead and manage all organic and paid search strategy execution, including SEO keyword and SEM strategy.

• Create community outreach programs for local office execution. Analyze marketing data and implement optimized campaigns, landing pages, and business development strategies.
• Drive collateral development to support the “boots on the ground” marketing tactics utilized in communities.
• Help identify and test new customer acquisition opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and drive rapid growth for partners.
• Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses.
• Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage to their execution and implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Advertising) Required
• 10+ years of integrated offline and online marketing/content/e-commerce/social media/community event experience.
• Expertise in Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing in a healthcare environment Required or in a Dental environment is HIGHLY preferred.
• Extensive experience managing third-party agency relationships, including accountability standards for performance.
• Ability to measure marketing ROI against KPIs and goals while continuously refining and amplifying accordingly.
• Comfortable within a fluid and fast-paced environment across wide regional geography
• Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool, including understanding all leading analytics dashboards (Google, Bing, etc.), and can evaluate and react to trends.
• Ability to travel overnight approximately 20%. Required
