Talent Acquisition Manager (hybrid)

Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager in Tucker, GA. The Talent Acquisition Manager is a proven self-starter to drive our internal recruiting solutions.

In this role, you will need to understand the hierarchy of an HR team, be able to communicate with the CEO and CFO, and support the broader business.

This position will provide insight and direction to the hiring managers, executives, and other team members by understanding their hiring needs, current market trends and attracting the right people to continue driving the success of the business.

The role is with a growing company that is also backed by a Private Equity firm.

Job Requirements :

• Proven work experience as a corporate, internal recruiter, general recruiter, or similar role with at least 3 years as a recruiter
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Management experience overseeing a team and leading projects is preferred
• Strong recruiting methodology background, and an understanding of succession planning
• Strong understanding of performance management and talent management lifecycles
• Experience in applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Ability to think critically, logically, and creatively.
• Time management skillset
• Knowledge of recruitment tactics involved with hard-to-fill positions.
• Continuously pursue additional knowledge to assist in growth within the position.
• Hybrid role : you must be able to work onsite Monday-Thursday with a remote option on Fridays
