Day in the Life:
As the Manager of Digital Optimization, you will lead a team that specializes in AB and MV testing with a focus on improving online KPIs, customer engagement and the overall site experience.
You will utilize your proficiency in testing methodologies across platforms on TheBay.com and the app and will build a team of excellence, sharing our learnings throughout the organization.
Our goal is to evolve the consumer experience and answer hypotheses based on data.
