Hudson’s Bay Company Hiring for The Bay | Analyst, Marketplace Technical Support at Toronto, Ontario Full Time

Day in the Life:

In this newly created role, the Technical Support Associate will be accountable for supporting all third party Marketplace specific partnerships, any technical seller integrations and problem solving/troubleshooting.

What You Will Do:

• Seller support of API integration and mapping to ensure swift seller onboarding
• Support connector integrations such as (Shopify/Magento) as necessary 
• Technical support of 3rd party Marketplace specific partnerships
• Subject matter expert on utilizing Mirakl APIs to extract reports and information
• Own all Marketplace reporting and produce ad hoc reports to support the business
• Marketplace subject matter expert in using The Bay’s Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
• Marketplace subject matter expert in the technical aspects of Mirakl and its connection into The Bay’s ecosystems (Order Management System, Narvar, SFCC, Sales Audit, UAD)
• Engage with product and tech teams as required to resolve Marketplace performance issues
• Manage alerting and monitoring for Marketplace items on thebay.com
• Partner with implementation team on tagging requirements, analyze customer behaviour and produce insights by using Adobe Web Analytics and Fullstory
• For all Marketplace issues, log, manage tickets and partner with tech on solutions leveraging Jira. Responsible for actively producing reports and dashboards to provide insights on defect resolution.
• Build and maintain wiki’s that contain processes and pertinent information leveraging Confluence.

What You Will Need: 

• BA/BS degree or relevant sales experience 
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel  
• Solid understanding of API mapping
• Expert skills and knowledge of SQL
• Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus
• Adaptable to change and a dynamic learning environment
• Strong problem-solving and service orientation
• Ability to deliver under pressure, with little guidance from management
• Proactive, self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Previous e-commerce/marketplace experience is a plus
