A beautiful, skilled nursing facility located in Queens, NY is currently seeking an experienced Hospital Liaison.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
• Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals
• Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
• Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
• Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
• Conduct research as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive Marketing experience
• Must have long term care experience
• Must have current connections with Queens hospitals
• Excellent written & verbal skills
