Hudson RPO has a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally recognised health and pharmaceutical organisation with an established RPO function and supportive and innovative leadership.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in either RPO, Internal or Agency with strong stakeholder management and ability to deliver talent management solutions across a range of portfolios.
What you will be responsible for
- End to End Recruitment
- Developing relationships, collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders
- Delivering a best practice talent sourcing & attraction recruitment process
- Providing candidates with an exceptional brand experience.

- An experienced recruiter or talent acquisition professional with strengths recruiting across a range of portfolios and industries
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- A collaborator, a true business partner and a team player
- You are passionate and focus on adding value and delivering results.
