Reporting to the Lead Recruiter, the key objectives of the role are to manage a seamless recruitment experience throughout the United Kingdom, sourcing and placing some of the most sought-after technical talent within the medical devices industry through the attraction and sourcing strategies that you will implement within this role.

We partner with our clients, ensuring the service they receive is seamless and we work hard to build real trust with our business partners and provide them with effective recruitment processes and solutions.
Our Recruiters spend time not only sourcing industry professionals but building excellent working relationships with them while maintaining the skills required to report accurate and up to date information, suggest new ways of working and support our clients throughout their hiring processes.
Hudson RPO prides itself on the ability to build excellent working relationships with all of its stakeholders therefore the role of Recruiter must be confident in organising and leading briefings and presentations as well as having the ability to think outside of the box when required.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have at least 1 year of technical recruitment experience, ideally within the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences or Medical Devices sectors, but we’re open to other technical recruitment experience.
