Within this role you will have the opportunity to;

• Drive and manage a superior recruitment service.
• Manage key internal and external relationships.
• Create and deliver creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage and close top talent within the market.
• Ensure that all internal and external regulatory compliance is adhered to at all stages of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Engage with the business as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence and consultancy with talent related matters.
• Participate with wider HR initiatives, including diversity hiring, recruiting events & activities, employer branding.

What we’d like from you;

• 2-5 years of recruitment experience gained in-house or via an RPO.
• Experience of working effectively with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues in a fast-paced and dynamic Investment Banking or Financial Services business within a Front Office environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Open-minded, inventive with commercial and solution focussed mindset.
• Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to delivery of the best possible recruitment service.
