Hudson Homes Hiring for Pricing Analyst Full Time

Position Summary:
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for setting and adjusting pricing for all properties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting pricing to market rates during the turn process, the renewal process, updating pricing on vacant homes and validating pricing of homes in transition from Asset Management.
Essential Functions:
  • Follow property pricing process to set market pricing for vacant homes
  • Respond to price adjustment requests from Portfolio Management and Leasing Teams
  • Complete pricing modifications within 24 hours of request received
  • Review financial performance of aging assets, and identify underperformance and recommend corrective measures
  • Create weekly ing to track success of pricing efforts
  • Help analyze geographic areas for competitor pricing analysis
  • Collaborate with management to refine property pricing process
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ad Hoc projects as assigned by the management team
  • Assist in technology platform build-out with engineering and development teams
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of residential real estate rental pricing process
  • Knowledge of comparative market analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time, often under pressure
  • Ability to follow established processes efficiently
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with analytical systems and software
  • Hard working, detail-oriented and committed to producing great end results
  • Highly organized and able to multitask and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Works well in a team and is individually motivated
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • 2+ years of property management and/or residential real estate leasing and sales experience preferred
Other Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft products – especially Excel
  • Familiarity with property listing and analytical websites (Zillow, House Canary, Enterra)
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (Yardi)
Work Environment:
  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • This role generally requires 40+ hours per week.
