Our Technology, Projects and Transformation recruitment business is seeking to appoint a talented and organized HR, Sales and Executive Support officer. Our business is undergoing unprecedented growth during a period of transformation, and we have many projects that need co-ordination and programs that need to be driven.

What you need to succeed

You aim high, you are resilient, tenacious and customer obsessed. You think outside the box, you are commercial, organized and self disciplined.

You love proactively supporting your stakeholders, including the CEO and COO, whilst also driving collaborative solutions with our operations, IT, HR and Finance teams.

You have the maturity to proactively source information, data and direction, whilst being able to say “no” where appropriate.

Clear and concise communication is inherent in your articulate nature, dealing with internal staff as well as external staff, clients and senior stakeholders.

Your day will include:

• Coordination of business Operating Rhythm, including meetings, events, celebrations
• Coordination and support of the implementation and change management in relation to many varied projects and initiatives
• Sales and Customer support for Key Accounts
• Administration of reporting, data collection and documentation
• Supporting the Internal Talent Acquisition team with database support and communications
• Coordination of new starter onboarding documentation and support
• Event Planning, including organization of group travel, zoon celebrations
• Management and updating of data and information including, org charts, presentation and online business platforms (eg Sharepoint)

Your experience will include:

• Proven experience with high level support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive nature able to prioritise tasks with a commercial focus
• High level of professionalism and discretion dealing with sensitive information
• Experience supervising and managing workloads of less experienced administrators (or similar) is highly regarded
• Systems: Sharepoint, PowerBI, Powepoint, Excel, Word, TEAMS, ZOOM.
