Our government sector client is seeking a permanent Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a focus on managing and delivering the onboarding process based in Melbourne CBD.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Generate employments contracts, letters of offer and onboarding paperwork for new employees
• Check recruitment paperwork for compliance
• Onboard new employees into payroll system
• Delivery and then management of new employee onboarding program
• Organise Assessment Centres
  • Manage candidate invites
  • Source/book venues
  • Prepare assessment materials
  • Invite assessors/hiring managers
  • Collate assessment outcomes
  • Act as coordinator on day
• Coordinate candidate on-line assessment for Talent Team
• Update records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible

About you:

• Proven work experience in administration, planning and prioritising workloads and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• A high level of attention to detail
• Team and customer service mindset
• Strong understanding and experience using various computer software programs to generate high-quality correspondence, data and reports (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and records management systems.
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
