Government Organisation looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist responsible for delivering an end-to-end recruitment service to the organisation on a fixed term contract. The role will partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans to proactively source, attract and maintain a pipeline of talent. Ideally, you will have experience with end-to-end recruitment in a diverse, blue collar, corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
• Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring managers to understand current & future requirements.
• Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
• Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process
• Facilitating offers of employment and conducting psychometric testing.

Selection criteria

• Minimum 3 years end to end recruitment experience in blue collar complex organisations
• Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service
• Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
• Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment
