Recruitment Advisor

We are seeing such a high demand for experienced Recruitment Advisors in Perth at present, so if you are finishing up a contract or are available immediately – we want to hear from you!

This is a short term contract, initially for 4 months, to join this busy People and Culture team where you’ll be bringing your extensive experience as a Recruiter across a diverse portfolio – both blue and white collar roles.

We are looking for a team player who likes to work collaboratively and pitch in where needed.

You will be required to hit the ground running from Day 1, here’s a bit of what you’ll be doing:

• Managing the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessment, qualification checks
• Attending job briefing meetings with managers
• Candidate care including maintaining a high level of customer service
• Recruitment administration and support for the team, as required
