Want to work with an Australian Owned energy provider? Looking to work remotely? Then this role is for you!

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join an Australian owned energy provider. It will be a 4-month contract and you will have the ability to work completely remote. They have around 1.7 million customers and will be mostly recruiting project engineers as well as other specialisations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining relationships.
• Proactive sourcing – Attracting candidates using systems such as LinkedIn and current systems used within the workplace.
• Actively finding ways to improve our current hiring processes and work within a small team.
• Manage end to end recruitment processes – Going through candidate applications, phone screening, coordinating interviews and reference checking.

Key Criteria’s:

• Minimum 1 year Recruitment Experience preferably in engineering or project management.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working with high volume recruitment.
• Experience in working with multiple systems at once. Knowledge of outlook, Microsoft word and excel is a must!
• Effective communication skills and great verbal and written skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
