We are working with a commercial client in the defence industry who is looking to bring on two permanent, full-time Finance Officers. This company works on providing innovative technological solutions for the defence industry.

Are you a Finance Officer or experienced Accounts Payable Officer looking for your next role? Then this could be the opportunity for you.

What will you do?

Providing support to the finance team, duties include but aren’t limited to:

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including the coding and data entry of invoices and matching to purchase orders.
• General ledger coding for purchase orders and employee reimbursements.
• Credit card and bank account reconciliations.
• Assisting in external audit processes.
• Providing support to Finance Team through other ad hoc duties as required.

What will you need?

• Accounting or finance qualifications.
• Three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Be a strong communicator and problem solver.
