Our client is one of South Australia’s most reputable and recognized aged care providers and are on the lookout for a Business Systems Analyst to optimize business process end to end and become their future system owner. Be part of a project that supports the SA elderly community.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Undertake and perform the following duties in accordance with the purpose, business practices and policies of Resthaven Incorporated:

• Reviewing systems performance and identifying optimization opportunities and system issues.
• Troubleshooting and develop capability to fix finance related system
• Managing system upgrades with the ICT department and users including development of test scripts and resolving/managing test
• Designing, optimizing, and implementing internal business processes to maximize efficiency, governance and to provide quality assurance over financial data – integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborating with ICT, operational and financial staff to identify business requirements for solution development through business process analysis. This will include business process mapping current and future state.
• Residing over integration elements of the ERP and ensuring current and future integrations align with Finance data structure, general ledger, and compliance
• Reviewing and maintaining all financial systems policies and
• Vendor management and managing consultants during
• Training and supporting the use of financial systems and
• Co-ordinating and communicating with other teams to ensure appropriate support and training is being provided.
• Working with the ICT team to design delivery schedules of systems
• Oversee and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions under the direction of the Finance

Other duties as directed by the Executive Manager, Finance & Corporate Services, or the Program Director, commensurate with classification and training.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience with management and administrating ERP systems (cloud based preferably)
• Broad experience and knowledge of accounting IT systems – General Ledger chart, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, Bank Reconciliations and reporting
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial transaction integrity and
• Experience with complex cloud-based integrations between ERP and third-party
• Proven history of managing system upgrades, test scripts and troubleshooting with software vendors and ICT in a complex environment.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical software consultants and manage solution break fix and improvements. Includes the ability to critically assess requests for change and understand impacts on system configuration, processes, and related
• Experience with working with business intelligence solutions and understanding data structure and governance.
• Ability to analyze business process, facilitate process optimization, and produce supporting process mapping, including identifying the business functional and non- functional
• Experience working with project teams to represent Finance and BAU environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
