In this role you’ll get to:
Lead a team of researchers with plans to hire more as our needs grow.
Develop your team of UX Researchers by understanding their individual needs.
Work in partnership with product, designers, and engineering leadership to develop strategic roadmaps.
Partner with Product Operations Analysts, Customer Experience Program Managers, and Market Researchers to triangulate data from multiple feedback sources to deeply understand our users’ core needs, motivations, and behaviors
Elevate research findings to leaders across the product so we drive insights to action in a measurable way.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams to leverage research to set high-level strategy and advance company-wide objectives
