HubSpot Hiring for Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence at Ontario Full Time

We’re growing the artificial intelligence team. This product leader will be collaborating closely with other product and internal teams at HubSpot to develop and launch machine learning powered products. The challenges you’ll tackle on AI will include:

HubSpot has tools to record and transcribe phone calls and meetings. Transcription quality makes or breaks this experience, and this role is responsible for transcription accuracy and feedback.

Work with vendors to manually transcribe audio to help measure the ML automated transcription pipeline.

Work closely with Design and User research to understand what our customers expect of transcripts, recordings, and data capture. You’ll then build customer roadmaps about what needs to be solved next.

Expand the scope of the mission to include building out AI products in other elements of our customers’ sales processes

As a Product Manager, you will set the vision for growth in your product layer, and execute against ambitious goals. In this role you’ll get to:
Own product strategy from concept through launch, along with future iterations

Connect with the customers to identify insights to drive decisions

We are looking for people who have:
Worked with speech-to-text pipelines

A few years or experience partnering with engineers, designers, and other product leaders to drive product improvement and new features

Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally

A data-driven approach to problem solving

Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision

A creative approach to connecting customer feedback to product development

A strong understanding of the competitive software space

A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment
