We are looking for an CRM Coordinator to join our growing team in our Downtown Miami Corporate Office.

The CRM Coordinator assists the Sales performance and CRM Manager and the Boutiques in the development of Hublot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, to maximize clients’ engagement and enhance customer experience and loyalty through strategic planning and communication.

Essential Job Functions:

CRM Database and strategy

• In line with Hublot Consumer Business strategy, support the Sales Performance and CRM Manager in the implementation of the Retail CRM program to drive loyalty, consumption, and client retention into the Boutiques
• Mine client database to elaborate client profiles and behavioral trends
• Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data and work with HQ to improve data and ing tools, while ensuring boutiques are compliant
• Provide client segmentation analysis per boutique, and work hand in hand with boutique director on strategy
• Provide analysis on boutiques sleeping clients and how to reactivate, while tracking results.

CRM Campaign

• Create analytics to develop and launch suitable digital marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales Performance and CRM Manager and Marketing team.
• Manage client gifting programs in collaboration with Trade team
• Work closely with HQ and HOA marketing teams, assist in the organization, planning and production of ad-hoc communications (emails, mails) to customers.
• Assist in implementation of VIC campaigns and programs.

Boutiques and Network Support

• Train and follow up with boutique staff on CRM strategy and goals while holding boutiques accountable to achieve their objectives and KPIs
• Support boutique with Fusion Clienteling app training and use of the app by sales team
• Develop specific CRM plans with each boutique. Leads and overviews CRM related boutique activities such as Birthdays, Anniversary, and etc
• Receive and answer queries from Customer Service Center (CSC)
• Track online boutique appointment driven to boutiques
• Communicate and update all sales channels on their Hublotista KPI results, and areas of improvement.

Profile:

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Language: English
• At least 5 years’ experience in luxury retail and retail operations

• Excellent skills in building relationships and conflict resolution
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Power Point
• Working knowledge of VLOOKUP() & INDEX() Functions in Excel
