Open Ended Contract – Contract to Perm – Hybrid – Boston MA
Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to help with full time and contract hiring needs across various business lines. Talent Acquisition Partners will focus on Director and Leadership level candidates for the Healthcare industry. Recruiters should have experience supporting, working with and recruiting senior level and management employees.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Develop strong relationships with the hiring managers and the Human Resources Business Partners
- Plan and execute recruiting and hiring strategies
- Sources, screens, interviews, recommends, and hires internal and external candidates
Suggested Experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (mix of corp and agency preferred)
- Experience effectively working with and managing 3rd party staffing vendors
- Healthcare/Managed care experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of local labor market
- Skill and experience to recruit leadership candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 – $75.00 per hour
