In this role, you will:
Conduct employer sponsored group education meetings, both in-person and virtual
Conduct retirement plan participant one-on-one meetings, both in-person and virtual
Assist in the Financial Planning Process with Wealth Management clients and prospects
Create and establish a personal book of individual wealth clients
Facilitate trading and rebalancing in client accounts
Conduct financial planning and investment reviews with clients
Aid in the process of transferring client assets
Build out the marketing and presentation pieces used in education efforts
Organize the annual cadence of meetings with clients via office and virtual
Have responsibility for presenting financial wellness information to our clients in group and one-on-one settings
Assist with the preparation of meeting materials for meetings using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proprietary reporting systems
Assist with client events, client support, and special projects
Keep our marketing databases up to date by gathering necessary information and by entering the data in a timely manner
Be willing to be part of team that helps each other meet our goals to grow our book of clients
What you offer us:
Securities licenses Series 6, 63, 65, or 66
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce
Background in financial services, insurance or employee benefits industries, including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (2-5 years experience preferred)
Comfort speaking with people on the in group and on-on-one settings or on the phone, with a positive attitude, and professional interpersonal skills
Project management experience working on several projects with different timelines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Independent ability to problem solve and work well without oversight
High school diploma required, though college degree preferred

This position pays $50,000 – $70,000 annnually, depending on experience
