Employment type: Permanent full-time
Stakeholders: Hiring Managers across the business
Ordinary hours of work: Full-time. 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required to perform the duties of the role.
Salary: To be discussed.
Other expectations: Regular interstate travel is expected. In-person attendance at the annual company gathering on a Saturday plus in-person attendance at Quarterly leadership meetings (weekdays) is expected.

Your role
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and passionate talent acquisition specialist to make a genuine impact in a rapidly growing business. Being the first point of contact and acting as the conduit between the business and our future team members, you will thrive in a fast environment and have end-to-end accountability for managing all aspects of recruitment. Your key focus is on finding the very best talent to help grow our team, whilst being collaborative and building strong relationships with your key stakeholders. This role is focused on internal talent acquisition only.
