Human Resources lead the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We are currently seeking 3 x experienced individuals to join this team in the role of UK HR Service Improvement Analyst.
In this role, you will:
Review and map end to end customer journeys and making them fit for purpose, including control, process, technology and content;
Compile and utilise ‘data, KPI’s and SLA’s’, to provide insight to support business decisions and actions;
Analyse KPI/SLA together with the HR service leads and operational team leads to identify trends and patterns and motivate change or improvements based on these insights;
Leading workshops to ensure a consistent, best practice approach is adopted across service lines to deliver the best outcome for our customers, whilst ensuring risks and controls are understood and followed;
Drive a ‘customer focused’ culture as part of a journey to service excellence;
Confident to use data and other service metrics to support the set up and development of strategies to meet performance, and analyse and manage results and progress;
Undertake research to drive best practice and the governance of HR initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
An inquisitive nature, with a pro-active attitude is key;
Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret data and articulate findings to a high standard;
Data management experience and use of Excel at intermediate level is essential;
An understanding of process, continuous improvement and technology;
Ability to correctly identify and influence partners at different levels;
Understanding delivery dependencies will be important in addition to recognising customer experience, with the end user always in mind;
Logical thinking, with ability to learn quickly and work under pressure;
Previous experience within HR or a basic knowledge of HR processes is desirable;
Sound understanding of the ServiceNow case management tool & dashboards is desirable.
The base location for this role is flexible within the UK.
