Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) Transformation Consultant, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Role Purpose
The Human Resources Transformation Consultant (HRTC) will be accountable for the successful delivery of HR priority project(s) and ensuring effective tracking of benefits realisation (where applicable). Projects may be standalone or part of a wider programme of activity and may be located in project teams as well as BAU teams. HRTCs may work with other Consultants and may have teams reporting into them depending on the nature of the project role e.g. Business Analysts, Programme Management Office (PMO) staff or admin support staff.
