We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of HR Business Partner. The primary responsibility of this role is to partner with the Heads of each Function to drive business performance and organisational change through the development and execution of the People Strategy, with a focus on attracting and engaging talent and mitigating people risk.

The base location for this role is flexible in the UK however attendance in our Birmingham office will be expected
