Head of Emerging Talent

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the HSBC HR Function in the role of Digital Business Services Head of Emerging Talent.
The purpose of the DBS Head of Emerging Talent is to design, develop and deliver the holistic emerging talent strategy across DBS. This includes global graduate and interns, as well as apprenticeships, local graduate hiring schemes and accelerated leadership programmes. Particular focus will be on the development and execution of strategy, including attraction, selection, development and retention of diverse pipelines whilst ensuring alignment with both the overall Group Emerging Talent strategy and DBS functional areas’ strategies.
This is a key position which involves working in close partnership with relevant senior stakeholders across the business and HR.

The base location for this role is Flexible in the UK.
