As the Distribution Lead of Workforce & Customer Consultant you will act as an internal consultant partnering across the organisation to deliver value for colleagues and customers through a range of strategic and transformational projects & initiatives
Key responsibilities within this role include:
Building a portfolio of work that drives the people and customer strategy
Responding to cyclical colleague and customer feedback to establish key themes and priorities and turning these into deliverables that convert colleagues and customers into promoters
Acting as Distribution lead for key HBUK and WPB initiatives ensuring the voice of Distribution colleagues is built into design and prioritising the key high level outputs to execute
Establishing a network to understand external best in class approaches to building employee and customer value
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Previous experience of developing solutions to improve colleague and/or customer experience
Experience of working with internal stakeholders to deliver propositional and service improvements for specific customer subsets
A track record of delivering strategy which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways
This it is a hybrid contract but you will be expected to attend business offices as and when the business need dictates.
