Since 2012, we’ve become a leading manufacturer and supplier of nutrients to the hydroponic and agricultural industries in the United States.

HS Supplies is looking to add a dynamic part time Digital Marketing Manager to our growing team!

About You: If you love digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have at minimum 1-2 years of digital marketing and advertising experience in paid search, social media, email, seo/sem, and amazon.

About the Role: In this position you will be required to independently design, implement, and track digital campaigns across all our platforms including but not limited to:

• Paid Search – Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Bing, etc.
• Social Media Management and Advertising – Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter
• EMail – Klaviyo campaigns, flows, etc. for both wholesale distribution and DTC
• Amazon Advertising – PPC, Listing Optimization, A+/EBC, A/B Testing, etc.

Additionally you will need to have a creative eye and perspective to design and lead our brand creatives and messaging.

This role is a hybrid remote position and the candidate must live in the San Diego Region. Primarily a remote position, but you will need to be able to come into the office up to 1 day a week as needed.

Qualifications: While we encourage all levels of experience to apply, this is not an entry level position.

• Bachelor degree in a related field of study AND
• 1-2 years of demonstrated and measurable experience in digital marketing and advertising for an e-commerce business.
• OR a combination of education and experience that has given you the required skills to successfully execute the requirements of this position.
• Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) highly preferred.
