HRinsiders Hiring for Sales Position – Auto Parts & Repair Full Time

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven outside sales representative to generate leads and drive sales. Salesperson’s primary objective is to effectively communicate with and educate our customers on the features and benefits of our products and services. Additionally, this position assists customers in making an informed buying decision.

Individuals with Automotive Mechanical language and experience is a plus for this role!

Essential Functions:

• Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.

• Identifies opportunities to enhance sales with current product promotions, and assessing needs of customer to increase overall sales performance results

• Obtains all relative customer information and inputs it into the database ensuring accurate work orders and customer historical records are maintained

• Handles telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, motivating customers to purchase.

• Contacts both existing customers and new customers on a regular basis to present new products and services available to them

• Coordinates/Schedules delivery with team members

• Provides follow-up conversations on quotes provided to customers and potential customers.

• Ensures that all transactions are handled with honesty and integrity.

• Utilizes AS400 system to input invoices, track sales and manage inventory where necessary

• Operates customer and company vehicles in a safe manner.

• Maintains a professional image through personal appearance and informative customer interactions

• Always demonstrate professional courtesy with customers and co-workers.

• Follows all company safe work practices and policies.

• Maintains professional and leadership role when interacting with subordinate and technical team members.

• Demonstrates sales skills and techniques to improve individual and store sales performance.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to work well in a team environment.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be able to drive customer’s vehicles on and off company premises, including public highways.

• Must be able to perform frequent lifting of tires (20 to 100 pounds).

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must comply with all Company policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $44,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
