HRC Total Solutions is a third-party administrator of pre-tax benefit accounts and Cobra. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team! In this position you’ll build rapport by helping participants understand their benefit account information and doing so with accuracy and efficiency. Your focus is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
The rate of pay for this position is $15/hour
