Details about the job:

• Complete new product development projects from initial research & development though implementation and production launch phases.
• Ensure successful integration of electrical design entities with mechanical design.
• Communicate effectively with individuals/teams including senior management
• Help internal and external customers solve technical problems and to determine the root cause
• Design, develop, code, test and debug system and device software that work in conjunction with our hardware platforms
• Contribute ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve

productivity.

• Work with third party vendors and/or partners to find product solutions.
• Originate conceptual designs with the involvement of a mechanical designer to meet customer requirements.
• Work with vendors as well as other concerned departments to optimize the designs.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer science
• Experience with digital hardware and software design
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Windows, Linux (Ubuntu), Chrome, and Android operating systems
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar engineering role
• Software language proficiency in C, C++, or C#
• Programming and Full Software Development Life Cycle Experience (Design, Development, Debugging, Verification & Validation)
• Proficient in engineering principles of problem solving, design techniques, engineering s
• Proficient with electrical circuit simulation tools, schematic capture tools, and test equipment and software.
