HR Partners Hiring for talent aquisition manager Job at Sydney Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the strategic direction of the recruitment function across the business. The role is instrumental in implementing and leading a Talent Acquisition strategy that remains relevant to the business operational needs, seeks to provide proactive sourcing solutions to our evolving business, and to continues to build on our talent brand in the market.

Role responsibilities include;

• Manage a team of 2-3 within a high-volume recruiting function across Australia for a range of operational and national roles
• Develop and nourish working relationships and partnerships with internal Senior Leaders and Hiring Managers ensuring trust and credibility in the recruitment service offer
• Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates
• Provide Hiring Managers with coaching and advice throughout the process including providing the necessary recruitment tools and resources to assist in the decision-making process
• Implement and lead a Talent Acquisition strategy which seeks to fulfil the labour needs of our core business objectives.
• Develop and maintain external relationships with preferred recruitment agencies to secure competitive rates and consistent service
• Identify trends in gaps of knowledge and capability for hiring leads and provide feedback to broader HR & L&D team to develop plans to address
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business forecasting in peak periods including upcoming projects or tenders to ensure a recruitment strategy and pipeline is created for a smooth experience.

Ideal background/experience;

• Ideally 5 years experience within a leadership role, highly favourable if you have experience within FMCG, logistics/supply chain
• Experience within a high volume environment
• Proven experience managing end to end recruitment and sourcing strategies
