HR Partners Hiring for talent acquisition specialist Job at Lidcombe Full Time

HR Partners is exclusively representing a national organisation in the retail and manufacturing industry. This exciting TA/Recruitment Specialist role will lead and support the hiring and growth needs of the business. The role will be based in Lidcombe offering a hybrid working arrangement.

In this role responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• End to end (360) recruitment on a national scale
• Working with senior leadership to improve and innovate recruitment processes including role requirements
• Keep up with market trends and insights
• Implement sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Oversee company’s referral programme

To be successful in this position, you will have/be:

• Ideally 2-3 years minimum of internal recruitment/TA experience
• Experience in volume recruitment
• Strong verbal and communication skills, and administrative skills
• Excellent relationship building and influencing capabilities i.e., stakeholder engagement and management
