HR Partners Hiring for talent acquisition manager Job at North Ryde Full Time

HR Partners by Randstad are excited to be partnering exclusively with an established Not for Profit business committed to improving the wellbeing of Australians. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing best practice recruitment methodologies, implementing innovative sourcing solutions and using talent data to identify trends.

You will be responsible for leading a forward-thinking team and driving change throughout the Talent Acquisition function. Working on a range of Talent-related projects you will work closely with the business to understand current processes and look to design and implement solutions in order to ensure the business is attracting and retaining the best possible talent in the market.

Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to;

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes, systems and tools
• Building relationships with stakeholders to promote recruitment best practice
• Building and developing the employee value proposition and employer branding
• Workforce planning, resource utilisation and reporting
• Support Talent Consultants with end to end recruitment and candidate pipelining
• Remuneration reviews and initiatives

To succeed in this role you will have

• 5+ years in a HR Generalist or Talent focussed position
• Experience in effective implementation of talent initiatives, tools, and processes
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organisation
• Track record of building effective business partnerships in a consultative model
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
