Key responsibilities may include:

• Managing the end to end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Work alongside hiring managers to understand the business requirements
• Maintain HR databases and building talent pipelines
• Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
• Maximise own productivity by networking and maintaining industry contacts
• Collaborating with broader business on talent projects

A consultative approach, credibility and trust with multiple stakeholders coupled with your proven track record, will be the key to your success. Along with:

• 1+ years experience in recruitment
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent time management.
• Passionate for creative and innovative ways of thinking
• A pragmatic and flexible approach to meet the ever changing needs of a business
