Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with an Educational establishment based in Sydenham who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their friendly team.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of HR administration duties and knowledge of the educational sector is desirable but not essential.

Job Description:–

Assist with daily HR administration duties.

Organising new starters inductions, including organising all the necessary documentation.

Respond to general HR queries through calls and email.

Liaise with other departments and agencies to cover any short or long term vacancies.

Supporting the HR team with ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements:–

Good knowledge of HR administration.

Highly organised and can prioritise workload.

Excellent communication skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes.

DBS cleared.

Hours:–

35 Hours per week – Monday to Friday

Pay:–

£13.00 to £13.50 DOE

The role has the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
