**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Recruitment and Selection:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the best fit for the organization.

– **Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

– **Employee Relations:** Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a supportive work environment.

– **Performance Management:** Support the performance appraisal process, helping to set goals, gather feedback, and provide guidance on improvement opportunities.

– **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth.

– **HR Administration:** Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage HR documentation efficiently to support operational needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is essential.
