In this highly impactful role, you will leverage your HR policy, compliance, communications, and people operations expertise to train and evaluate an advanced AI model. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and templated documents aligned with best practices and regulatory standards

• Design, analyze, and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows to enhance operational efficiency

• Advise on HR compliance, employee relations scenarios, and create supporting artifacts for training and reference purposes

• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change management strategies for effective organizational messaging

• Develop and implement HR operations strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations

• Strong knowledge of HR regulations and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to design and implement effective onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize HR operations and improve efficiency
